I never really finished what i saisd last time. Once you have finished your list you need to display it somewhere you will see and be reminded of it everyday. It will act as a reminder why you are doing this.
Once youre list is started you can start making the changes to youre lifestyle. Now im not one for silly and faddy diets so dont try and lose weight that way. IT NEVER WORKS. Instead you should look at you eating habbits. Cut out uneccessary food, like junk food. Replace with lots of fruit and veg. Dont starve yourself instead eat something healthy. Starving yourself can lead to you giving up quickly. I personally am trying a healthy eating plan like this. You can research them easily on the net. And although it may take longer to shift the weight it is better in the long run. Oh and never forget to allow yourself a treat once a week or a small one regularly, this will help keep you focused and not craving things.
Exersise is also important, it can boost weightloss. What ever you do from walking to work to running its all good and all counts. Walking to work is a great way to start it will make you fitter aswell. If you cant do something like this try and ensure you get three exersise sessions a week. It doesnt matter how long you have anything will do. It also doesnt matter if you dont have the money to join the gym or somethin walking or cycling around your local area is great. I love to power walk round my local park it makes me feel fit and fresh.
Please try to stick to these changes, hopefully your list will help. Iwould also like to add that other people are welcome to post their tips- no faddy diet ones mind and also your comments are very welcome. good luck.

You need to write the following things on a piece of paper and kepp in a safe place so you can look over them daily. I would recomend first thing every morning.
Set a goal
Write down how you feel and look at your current weight e.g. low confidence, lumpy.
Next after this you need to write how you would like to feel and look at you target weight e.g. confident, toned. This will be you motivation to get down to that ideal size and aldso a reminder of how bad you felt.
Why do i over eat ?
Now write down how you are feeling when you over eat. Now think of other things you could do when you feel like that e.g. have a cup of herbal tea, go jogging.
